Frequently Asked Questions

The seminar price includes admission to the training, all the training materials, lunches and refreshments, certification diploma in English and selected software solutions used at the seminar. The price does not include hotel accommodation. Quoted prices are exclusive of local VAT.

You can contact us at any time and we will inform you about the actual availability.

Once you have enrolled for a seminar you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. The confirmation will be sent as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after registration. If you would not receive confirmation, please contact us, as there must be a communication error.

A 10 % discount is offered when at least two participants from one company register for a seminar or one participant registers at once for two or more seminars. The discounts do not apply for "bundle" prices, as these already represent discounted prices.

An invoice for the seminar price will be sent to you no later than 10 working days prior to the beginning of the seminar. Please advise us if you need the invoice earlier.

You will pay by bank transfer according to the payment details on our invoice. Alternatively, you can pay by card on our website. Please note, that the full payment of the invoice must be made before the start of the seminar as a precondition of participation.

There are from 5 to 10 people in one class, according to the topic of the seminar. Smaller class size allows greater focus on personal attention and trainer-participant interaction.

If for whatever reasons you are not able to attend, a substitute delegate may be appointed to participate instead of you. For cancellations received 20 days or more before the beginning of the seminar, a 10 % cancellation fee of the full price will be invoiced i.e. 90 % of the price is refunded. For cancellations received less than 20 days prior to the beginning of the seminar, the full price is payable i.e. no refund will be provided. All cancellations must be in writing.

Accommodation is not a part of the seminar. Upon your request, we will book your accommodation directly in the venue at the NH Hotel Prague for a discounted price for our participants.

You will receive our arrival guide which contains maps and descriptions of travel routes from the airport, train stations or by car.

We are not able to advise you on all your individual visa requirements as they are specific for every country. Nevertheless we will supply you official seminar confirmation and stay at your fully assistance. Always remember to have sufficient time between the registration and the seminar as all the visa formalities need some time.

The recommended dress is business smart/casual.
